sir, i have bought my n-73 music edition on 10-nov-2008. 353548028354414.After five months of its using it gets automatically switched off after few minutes,and again after putting on gets off after few minutes.Then I went to nokia care.My job sheet no. is 641504867/090520/17 they have seen my mobile and said there is little fungus in my mobile and that is why it is creating problem.I have asked him the reason,and told me may be your sweat goes inside while talking and they told me to pay 1100Rs and giving no gaurantee of it and after repairing ,if the same problem appears again ,then i have to deposit the same amount to get it corrected.I submitted my mobile to them and in the mean time i called up to ur customer complaint no. and file a complain with complain no. is 241DU7L and got no positive response from them.Then I went to nokia care again and they have upgraded my mobile with latest version
sir, my problem is ,why i should pay 1100Rs to them inspite my mobile is under warranty,and the mental harrasment done bu nokia care people by telling me to repay the same amount,if the same problem persist and after upgradation i am unable to see my duration of call timing 

Solution of your complaintsir,my mobile to be upgraded at nokia main centre ,so that i should have basic features as nokia care people are telling me that there is no option for duration of call timing in latest version and they are unable to retrieve back this feature and should rectify the problem mentioned above 
Actioni will file a comlaint to the consumer court for the inconvienence and mentally harrasment by nokia care as well by the nokia complain centre unit for giving me no response from there side
