I bought a motorola cellphone (EM325, IMEI: 356878-02-041845-4-55) from Sangeetha shop in Forum, Bangalore in March 2009 which had a number of problems including very poor battery backup and headphone jack not working. I contacted the India customer care and the authorized service centre for resolution but didn't get any resolution. Initially the phone was given for repair to the Indiranagar service centre but they could not repair it in 2 weeks. Then it was given to the Jayanagar service centre (Essem Communication, service order SM05/09/00480, ph no - 080-41477972) and it is more than 3 weeks and still they could not repair it. I made a complain to the motorola customer care (Incident: 090427-005451) but they refused to help and mentioned that there is no issue with the phone!!! I could not use the phone after I bought it because most of time it is lying with the service centre and the company is not providing a replacement thought it has a 12 months warranty.

I dont want to use any of the motorola products any more. I just the want the refund with interest!!
Have not thought about it! But one thing is sure, Im not using any motorola product again and would advise all my friends and family to avoid this fraud company!!
