AFTER DELIVERY I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE ISSUE BUT STILL I HAVE NOT GOT THE ISSUE SOLVED I HAVE WRITTEN MAILS SO MANY TIMES BUT WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE.

TODAY THE DEALER HAD ASKED ME TO COME AND GET THE ISSUE SOLVED BY REPAIRING THE POWER STEARING.

BUT TODAY WHEN I REACHED JOSHI AUTO ZONE THEY JUST REFUSED TO TO DO ANY THING ABOUT IT AND ALSO THEY ASKED TO GIVE MONEY TO GET MY COMPLAINT TO BE ENTERTAINED AND ISSUE TO BE SOLVED.

NOW FOR MY GENUINE REGULAR SERVICING THEY ( MADAM CHARAJIT KAUR) TOLD ME TO COME AFTER THREE OR FOUR DAYS.

THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY DON'T HAVE SPACE FOR MY CAR IN THEIR PREMISES. THEY ARE TOTALLY MISBEHAVING.

YOU ARE REQUESTED KINDLY TO TAKE NOTICE OF THE ISSUE AND GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE

Solution of your complaintI THINK MY PROBLRM IS VERY GENUINE BECAUSE THE PROBLEM WAS BY BIRTH IN CAR SO I COMPAINT ON FIRST SERVICE ON DT. 30-02-07 SO I THINK THIS IS PROBLEM FROM THE VENDOR SIDE BECAUSE TATA DON,T MAKE POWER STEARING PUMPS AND RECKPENION . THEY BAUGHT IT FROM THE VENDOR I HAVE SO MANY TIMES DOING THE COMPLAINTS IN JOSHI AUTO ZONE FOR CHECK MY POWER STEARING BECAUSE THE QUESTION FOR MY LIFE BECASUE SUDDENLY HE JAMMED SO I DON,T SAY ANY THING SO I REQUEST TO SAVE MY LIFE. AND DO SOMETHING I AM WATING FOR YOUR RESPONSE AND I AM DOING COMPLAINTS SO MANY TIMES NOW HE IS SAYING HE GIVES ME 48 HOURS TIME THEN I , LL MAIL ALL SERVICE RECORDS TO TATA AND THEY WILL TAKE ACTION BUT WHEN THEY HAVE NOT OPENED MY JOB CARD FROM FIRST SERVICE TO TILL DATE ( 04-06-09) SO HOW I CAN SAY MY RECORDS ARE VERY TRUE. 48 HOURS ARE GONE AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOT ANY CALL FROM JOSHI AUTO ZONE,  
ActionI DONT HAVE ANY ACTION I AM GOING THROUGH WITH YOUR PROPER CHANNEL IF U TAKE ANY ACTIONS THEN OF OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT AND I TAKE SWEAR IN MY FUTURE I AM NOT BUY ANY TATA CAR AND I HAVE NOT SUGGEST TO ANY BODY IN MY LIFE. WHO PURCHASE THE TATA CAR BECAUSE THEIR IS NO SERVICE AND NO QUALITY AND NO HEARING ITS TOTALLY DHAKOSALA, AND THEIR IS NO GUARANTEE OF YOUR LIFE THANKS N REGARDS
