I had booked two tickets to Trivandrum from Bangalore for 8th of April(PNR No-DA03666215).This booking was done online through your site (www.airdeccan.net) on 13th Feb2006 at 9.50 pm.Amount was 999 x 2=1998.Payment was made thru ICICI credit card(5177196002371005).I have received a statement from ICICI stating that Air deccan has billed this transaction twice and inturn I have been billed twice.I request you to reverse one of the transaction and I expect you to do it asap. I enclose the details of the transaction as required by you.

I had made this complaint on 17th of April 2006..I had contacted customer care and to the Bangalore office regarding this several times during this period and I was always told that I will get the credit in one or two days.I t is almost two months that I have registered the complaint .I am paying unnecessary interest as well as service tax because of this. nearly 10 calls to your customer care center and to the Bangalore office regarding this. Each time I was told that I would get the refund the very next week. It has been close to two months now and I have still not received the same.
I had written mails to Mr.Eshwar(firstname.lastname@example.org) and to Winnie (email@example.com)to which no one has cared to reply.I spoke to Mr.Abrar of Air Deccan and he has assured me that I would get the reversal by next Wednesday(14-06-06).
