I have a subscribtion agreement with BSNL Prepaid for 1 india Plan. The Cost of the Prepaid card is 880Rs + Tax with a Talktim of 550Rs and One month Validity. Usually I do with another 1000Rs Top Up every month to make my usual STD calls.
I became a subscriber for BSNL recently ( Month of March 2006 ) and did my Recharges regulary every month. But in the Month of May I was supposed to recharge on May 30th to renew the validity for another month. I recharged it well within the grace period and that was on June 02. After the recharge the validity expiry was renewed to July 02 2006. I was able to use their service for 10 days and then One fine morning my balance went to "0" from 151Rs and the Month Validy which should have expired on July 02 2006 now says it got expired on May 30 2006.
I made several calls to BSNL Customer care and although I got my balance back to 151 Rs the Month validy never got updated. The Customer Service is not all that great and they say they are helpless and gave me a complain no. which was of no good. The Complaint No. was 5875518. As a result I am barred from getting any calls or make any calls. This is absolutely rediculous to go through especially when you pay close to 2 grants every month. This is Daylight Robbery.
