I am using Airtel # 9971020782 since sept, 2008 n this 2nd time happened with me that all my services are barred without informing me and i cannot call Customer Service also because what airtel does is they deactivate the complete service and there are no networks the i am completely helpless i am a working guy and mobile is necessary for my job i took airtel coz i thought they have better service n network but there customer service is pathetic and if # is deactivate the person has cal from other number and pay for that to activate the services.
If the bill is pending they will call you atleast 10-11 times a day starting 7am to 9pm, it's completely harrasment.
AIRTEL IS PATHETIC IN CUSTOMER SERVICE......
|Solution of your complaint||They should atleast keep the sevice like vodafone and idea has even the services are deactivated the person can call customer service from his cell atleast why doe he have pay. |
|Action||i think i should not pay this bill and go to consumer forum for the harrasment. |
