These jerks send the bill but never acknowledge the receipt of the same. I have documentary proof but they wont listen.
Then, they send me another bill, this time disconnecting my service even without the courtsy of calling me up for this action. All my efforts to contact their call center, galaxy care center etc. fail. To top it all, they did it when I was in roaming. I am left stranded, uncontactable, untracable by all my business assoicates. For Gods sake, this was a corporate connection... they did this to a corporate connection, imagine what would an general connection be treated like.
