I have got AIRTEL connection along with mobil yestarday(18th june,2006) and said that i will get activated on AIRTEL services (prepaid) on 19th at 11:30 am. But its almost 9 hours(working) ,I am not activated.
Though i have filled all the responsibilites regarding the prepaid connection but still i am suffering the problem.
I am software professional working in IBM India Pvt Ltd. I have spead my number NEW AIRTEL to all for get connected to other. Besides presonal I recive business calls also. But due to this ill service and attitude i faced lots of problem and mental harrasment whole the day.
Solution of your complaint
A complete view of AIRTEL on this matter and also return customer the beneficary which he/she suffered.
I will go to the consumer court and lodge my problem against this situation.
