We are non residents.
We have Non-resident accounts with SBI, Gopalapuram, Chennai-86 (SBI 00962)
As one of our term deposits did not show up in Net banking following renewal, we sent the appended mail to the concerned branch.
As the mail bounced with the error message "Inbox full", we forwarded the mail to
SBI HELPLINE CHENNAI for assistance.
As there was still no response we forwarded both messages to
"SBI, DGM, NRI assistance"
However, there is still no response from any of them and no action taken as well. That is the level of customer service we get from SBI.
When I sent a message from the Customer Service link after logging in at net banking I am asked to contact the branch. I am going in circles.
SBI boasts of core banking and networked banking and what not, but their customer service leaves much to be desired.
Under the circumstances I have no recourse but to contact you for assistance.

The Non resident Term deposit against account 10712878121 renewed on 1 May 2006 does not show in internet banking.
Whereas the same deposit appeared in internet banking prior to renewal ( A/c: 10712878110 for Rs.1,62,506)
Please look into and rectify.
