i had converted my post paid airtel into a prepaid on june 22nd , I finished all the formalities of converting the sim card on june 23rd at airtel centre in bandra .My service started on june 24th I recharged USING A 350 Rs sim card on june 24th ,but my outgoing and incoming calls were not activated ,on calling up the custom care and speaking to them they said within 6 hrs it would be done .Till next day it was not done , on repeated calling they kept saying systems is down and it would be done within one hour .

Or they tell me to go the airtel centre again , today is sunday its closed and in mumbai centres located are far from my place and as if people have no other work other than to keep going to the relation centre which iam sorry to say is not at all a helpful place and i have used the recharge voucher so definately i would be charged for it though i have no service
 

Solution of your complaintto activate my sim card  
ActionI want my money back and get converted to some other service like orange or bpl
