I Have booked my Hotel accomodation At Hotel Arya Nivas Jaipur (india) well in advance through the Online site of For my stay of site seeing at Jaipur with my family.A reservation voucher ( TM7095)showing that hotel booking is conformed for two persons receved from travelmasti organization.My plan was to take site seeing tour of Jaipur city in a day and travel further with my family. On arrival at Hotel Arya nivas Jaipur on 14/06/06 at 12:00 hrs. It was observed that the booking was done for the single person and Hotel manegemet firsly refused to give me the accomodation then I tried to contact the Travemasti office but it was in vain.Hotel management offered me the accomodation by paying extra for my family .convincing the Hotel mangment and getting the accomodation which I have already resrved in advace has taken TWO hrs. and finaly I received the accomadation for by paying the extra cost for my family at 14:00 hrs. When I started my site seeing tour of Jaipur it was oberved that all the historical mounuments entry gets closed at 16:00 hrs.Now it is quite evident that I can not complete my programme as per my plan within two hrs.It was due to the time which I have lossed at the hotel, negotiatiing the manegment go allot me the accomodation which was reserved by me through travel masti well in advance. Resulting in extention of my stay for one more day at Jaipur.(Hotel Arya Niwas)
On Complaining after Complition of my tour to my tour Miss preeti Patwal firsly dissagree to accepct the fact that mistake is from their side. Then Mr .Pankaj was in picture and agreed that it was her fault to book the accomodation for single person and promissed to pay back the ammount which arised due to their mistake.On followup by several calls at the Delhi office after for a week Mr. Pankaj refused to pay the the ammount of money which I was forced to pay for my second day stay at the cost of mistake commited by the travelmasti Organisation his answer was "we dont know why you are there for second day ,you can do what ever you want "


Solution of your complaintPay the hotel bill which I have paid for my second day stay
