2nd March - received a message from hutch that one of my cheques is bounced. Dint give me the information regarding the cheque no...I called them up and they told me that the information is not yet updated and promised me to follow the case
Every day i called them up to know information regarding the cheque
10th march : told me that cheque for the month of dec 2005 was bounced
11th March :I enquired with the bank and told them that it was encashed on 7th of dec
12th March: Taken the bank statement and faxed it to them
15th March: they told me that the backend guy was on leave and so they dint receive the fax
20th march told me that there was a change in the fax no so asked me to fax the statement again
25th March: I visited a hutch outlet with the bank statement .Told me that the cheque was over written and so it was returned from th bank and promised me to send the cheque back to me .After I came home,1/2hour later called me and told me that they cant send the cheque back For further reference i have taken the outlet no. Sent a mail to hutch to disconnect the connection.
28th march: Enquired with the bank and they told me that the cheque was encashed on 7th of dec
29th March: called the no i have taken from hutch no response
5th April :Till this day nothing has been done regarding the complaints i posted inspite of me calling the hutch customer care everyday
So i sent another mail
6th April: my outgoing was barred so i sent the 3rd email .I called the hutch people and they told me that the cheque which they claimed to be bounced was encashed and another cheque was bounced.
7th April: Enquired with the bank and they told me that the second cheque was not presented to the bank
10th April : Hema Customer care called me and offered me 3 moths of rectal weaver but I made it clear that I donít want to continue with their services so asked them to wave off some amount in my bill This was not agreed
13th April: They dint disconnect my services and threatened me that they will send me a legal notice if i donít pay the bill
14th April: Sent a mail again not to cal me and disturb me regarding the bill and pleaded them to look in to the matter ASAP so that i can clear the bills
15th April :I informed the hutch people that I will be visiting the hutch shop Indira nagar on 18th and asked them to arrange my cheque so that i can make the payment and clear the issues.
18th April: visited a hutch shop Nothing was done they told me that what ever I can do from my end can be done but they will not return the cheque
21st April: received a mail from Hema that they will send their executive to collect the amount and the cheque will be sent 10 days later with which i was not at all happy
26th April: I sent a mail asking for the compensation for all the trouble they have given me
5th may: sent a message that if i donít make the payment in 4 days they will issue me a legal notice
1st march: i gave a cal to the hutch people and they say that All this i was doing only with the intension not to pay the bill

Solution of your complaintI think i need a compensation for the Pain and agony they have given me
