SBI VISA CARD NO: 4006 6610 1801 0806 - Expiry Oct 2007
I have ECS arrangement for payment of credit card dues. Enough bank balance was
available in my bank account.The card company did not claim my bill from the bank i
n time. This has been reflected as non-payment and penalty including interst has been charged ( Bill dated 27 May 2006) Reported to customer care on telephone and rectification was assured. However the incorrect excess amount has been recovered from the bank.
ECS clearing of Bill dated 27 June 2006 refers). I cannot be penalised for the lapse on the companys part. .
|Solution of your complaint||IMMEDIATE REVERSAL OF TRANSACTIONS AND CREDITING THE EXCESS AMOUNT BILLED (Rs. 520Ps67) to my card account. |
|Action||1.Approach Consumer Court for compensation for wilful wrong billing and deficiency of service in redressing a customer grievancae.
2. Will also expose the company in the media.
3. Take legal action as required |
