We had taken 4 lines of Tata for our office.
For any problem we go through so much of discomfort while dealing with the customer service. Never has one problem been addressed and solved with one or even 2 calls.
My admin personnel can give better details of those.
The recent instance is that we had been calling up for a simple broadband connection. Our office is in the heart of Bandra. For the last one month no one has even come once to check the availability or call us inspite of us calling 10 times everyday.
We were forced to take a new MTNL line for their broadband. MTNL took a week to install.
I hail from a family where most were in TISCO. I have loyalty for TATA group. But in the last 2 yrs of becoming a TATA Telecom customer, I have been completely disillusioned.
I think the telecom (land phones I am talking about) is the WORST service I have come across ever in my life and that too continually.
God knows who is heading this section. It belies the Tata business philosophy.
The call centres are the worst.
I have lot of pending angst againgst the Tata telecom. I wish I could switch to MTNL back (which I thinki we will in course of time and once we change the office premise).
By the way the exact date of my subscription might not be correct. I am writing this from home.
We are tired, dejected, disillusioned and have developed a lot of bad blood regarding this particular service.
I wish Mr. Ratan Tata could hear us.
