DSL WAS ORDERED ON A 30 DAY TRIAL PERIOD AND WOULD NOT WORK DUE TO DISTANCE ISSUES.
WE CALLED W/IN 30 TRIAL PERIOD TO CANCEL AND WERE TOLD NOT TO RETURN OR CANCEL,VZ WOULD START A NEW 30 TRIAL PERIOD TO GET DSL WORKING.
AFTER 2 WEEKS WE CALLED AGAIN TO SAY THAT IT JUST WASNT WORKING AND WERE HARRASSED BY THE CUST. SERV. REP. FOR OVER 15 MINUTES BEFORE WE COULD GET A SUPERVISOR. THEN MR MURPHY VERY RUDELY SAID OUR REASON WASNT GOOD ENOUGH TO CANCEL AND WE WOULD BE BILLED $79 FOR PRODUCT NEVER USED OR ABLE TO EVEN BE USED. EACH AND EVERY(3) VZ EMPLOYEES DEALT W/WERE RUDE AND CONFRONTATIONAL. THEY SIMPLY REFUSED TO ACCEPT A NO THANK YOU TO THE "TRIAL" OFFER. 

Solution of your complaintI AM FILING WITH THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION AND FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE ON MONDAY MORNING AND WE WILL SEE. 
ActionLETS HOPE COMMON SENSE WILL PREVAIL AND THAT IS NOT AN ISSUE.
