I purchased new e-boiling filter from the recommendation of Mr. Pyarelal Meena of Rs 7950\- .
Before purchasing the filter he was telling me that there is a scheme of lifetime free warranty from the company at the doorstep. So I repeatedly asked him that it is lifetime free warranty then he said yes. For my satisfaction i talked his manager also and asked the same ques and his ans was also yes. So every time both of them were telling me yes and saying that we are not giving from our side, this is a scheme, which the company is giving.
So i told him that pls give me in writing then Mr. Pyarelal said as soon as yr check will be cleared, our company will issue the lifetime free warrant letter to you and under this scheme there is no need to take the AMC every year from our company.
But after one week I got a letter from Eureka that when ever the problem with the filter then bring this module in our nearest service station and we will rectified.
So this shows that the company is doing fraud with the customer
|Solution of your complaint||Whatever they have promised with me they should issue me a letter that lifetime warrenty is free at my doorstep only. |
|Action||There should be penalty clause on the company and on the service engineer, so that they cannot do such type of fraud with the customer. |
