transactions were declined three times on 05.03.06 and again on 07.03.06 three times declined but were debitted on my credit card and a case was put up with customer care complaint phone no.case no. given 14472 . after around two months a call from your Bang\lore office gave the PNR nos for all the six bookings which were for the same sector i.e. CCU-BOM for the same passengers in the name of S.Kyal & D.Kyal and I was asked to cancel these tickets to get 90%refund and to further register a complaint for the balance 10% which will be adjusted later on as the same passengers has further booked tickets from your travel agent on your flight on 17.06.06 but Iam still awaiting the 10% refund to be credited to my credit card. On calling your customer care phone no. they ask for some PG No. to be taken by bank & to revert back but the bank generates nothing as such and for no fault of us we are wasting precious time calling here and there alongwith money already debitted
