Maruti-800. Horn was not working. Shown to Sai Service, Deccan Gymkhana, where the servicing time is 0800 hrs to 2000 hrs. I took my vehicle at 0840 hrs and waited till 0920 hrs. Informed me that the electrician is not available, after half an hour. Such a big dealer and having no spare electrician. It is surprise. Service after sale is very poor. Not responding to customers complaint.

I have took my Maruti-800 to M/s. Sai Service Station, Deccan Gymkhana, for non working of horn on 10.07.2006 at 0840 hrs and waited till 0920 hrs. I had been told that the electrician is not available. I do not understand in such a big dealer only one electrician is available or what. The service after sale is very poor. Without horn it is very difficult to run a vehicle especially area like Pune. But the service person has not bothered atleast to check the primary fault and left on Electrician. I have extended the warranty till 2008 by paying more than Rs. 4500/- what is the use of such services.
Also, earlier during servicing of my vehicle waxing work has been carried out by the Sai Service with a very shabby condition. But I did not compalint for the same.

Strict action should be taken against Supervisor, those who are responsible for the above date for not attending the complaint.
No choice left with the customer to take any action because they are fool to buy vehicle with such a Dealer who cannot provide proper service
