We have applied for a landline and broadband connection from Tata Indicom on 22nd MAy 2006. For broadband the customer service representative took a cheque of INR 1292. The telephone connection was given in 5 days time but the broadband connection which was supposed to be up by May end has not been given even today 11th July 2006. The cheque has been encashed from my citibank account on 10th JUne 2006. Whenever I called up the customer care center someone(either shivangi/preeti/jatin etc etc) listened very patiently and gave a coplanit number. The latest being 138648. However then some times there would be no call or someone would call up and ask us to be at home at some odd time(11 a.m weekdays, 6 p.m. weekends) and we would keep waiting - no one turns up. I have raised mutiple call centre complaints, sent mails to email@example.com. Noone ever bothered to reply to the emails - let alone resolve the problem.
Reaching dead end only - I want the money back with interest (if possible) and some regret mail/letter for causing all this inconvenience.
