my name is vivek phone number is 011-65955714. we did not pay our bill intime u have disconnected our service.Later we had paid our bill, along with bill you have replaced a new piece.In the month of may we have changed our address,but it was not chanded officially.When you have replaced the new piece our service is activated to our old address.We donot no the problem and called to tata call centre(9210000121) from other network source,they told that we have to take the piece to one of the showroom.We took our phone to kannadplace they have learnt the problem and given a complaint asking for the change of address.the complaint number is 43431975.they told that ur service will be activated after 24-48hrs.After 48 hrs we have called the call centre.they have not giving any information and our address is not changed and phone is not activated. I rerequest u sir to check in to the complaint as soon as possible.
