customer of AIRTEL corporate postpaid connection since dec2004. as a corporate connection it must hv CUG facility for which i took this connection. but becoz of airtel customer service CUG not activated on my mobile no 9871033656 . then i start follow up with the customer service.My contiouns followp of 15 month goes in vain. finally when i told one AIRTEL executive that i will buy one more connection if u solve my problem.he assured me that he will solve the problem. finally on 25 may 2006 CUG facility activated on my no. and i took one new coonection (9871512525).but after collecting the payment of new connection CUG facillity AGain deactivated on after 5 days(30 may 2006).
then again i start followup with airtel. now they are saying that u hv CUG facility but u r not been able to get the banifit of the same.dont no way.
this complaint is the final hope for me. if my problem not solved after this i will disconnect the connection to get peace of mind.
