I got a new post paid connection of Airtel from one of theri agencies
Glide Management Pvt. Ltd., Located sme where in near Shivaji Park, Dadar (W) Mumbai
This agency gave me connection after taking advance rental and also gave me all the details of the bill plan.
but now whn my bill is generated, i am told by the Airtel call centre people that no such scheme exsist which has been promised to me
there is a gr8 difference in rates given to me and rates actaully charged to me.
also i am again charged advance rental even avter paying it at the time of taking connectio
|Solution of your complaint||hoping that whatever call rates were promised to me by that agency shall be continued, as that is the reason y i took this new connection
