On line I sent for a sample which I was told had a 100% satisfaction gurantee other wise return. My Mastercard was billed $15.95 for this on 5/15/06 along with another order which I didnt approve for $69.95 on 5/15/06. I mailed all of it back unused & told them to credit my card. Instead on 6/16 there was another charge from them for $74.95 with no product received. I have tried emailing them for 3 weeks, calling & getting only a recording that says to put in my phone number & press the # key.......it doesnt work. You can NOT talk to a customer service person! 

Solution of your complaintI want my Mastercard credited with $149.90 that has been charged for a product I did not use & returned.
