I live in Mulund East, in Mumbai, 5 minutes away from a Dominos outlet. Yesterday we ordered 2 pizzas, garlic bread etc at 9.07pm. Order Number is 56. The order was delivered to me at 10pm. I wish to record my complaint as under
1) The food was delivered well beyond the 30 minutes time, yet I was given only Rs.300 discount. Dominos always claims free food beyond 30 minutes. We were interested in good food and on time. When I complained to the delivery boy about the time he had the audacity to say the any way he is giving me a discount of Rs.300.
2) The quality of the garlic bread was extremely poor. It was not baked properly and we had to throw it in the waste basket. The pizzas were cold.
|Solution of your complaint||THEY SHOULD REFUND THE EXCESS AMOUNT CHARGED AND GIVE ME THE SAME ITEMS FREE ONCE. |
|Action||I DO NOT WANT SUCH CHAIN OUTLETS TO GO SCOT FREE. I WROTE TO THEM AND THEY DID NOT RESPOND. I WILL FILE A COMPALINT WITH THE CONSUMER GRIEVANCE CELL. I WROTE TO DOMINOS WHO GAVE ME CUSTOMER NUMBER 8267 AND PROMISED TO REVERT IN 48 HOURS. BUT THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED TO DATE AND THENCE I AM WRITING TO YOU. |
