This is in reference to my complaint no: 386545 dated 11/7/2006 and 389764 dated 17/7/2006.
I complained for the malfunctioning of my refrigerator on the above-mentioned dates. An engineer from your company addressed my complaint on 12/7/2006. However, the fridge started giving the same problem the same day... I again complained on 13/7/2006 and the same complaint was reopened for me.... Since then, i have been contacting your call center daily and none of the engineers till date has attended to my complaint. How long does your company take to address one complaint....Godrej being such a strong brand is not able to attend to the customers complaints on time....I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service of the company.......It has just been 4 years since we purchased the refrigerator and it has been giving a lot of problem....How do you expect the company to grow with these kind of products and services? I hope that my complaint would be attended to, soon.
