I have a Internet connection with ID pankaj_talwar2000@vsnl.net, I am not able to browse the internet from 18-07-2006 and have made several compalint regarding the same but everytime I am told that it will be done in 24 hours. I have also talked to the TL Himali there but to no avail. 

Solution of your complaintMy problem has a easy solution, If I will be given a static IP it will resolved there and then but I am being denied the same stating that Static IP is only for post paid customer and I am on prepaid. I have argued quite a bit with them that if I am on prepaid my payment option is better than a post paid as I am paying the same money in advance and why this discremation but they simply denied a static IP. I have requested the a refund of money on a prorata basis but they denied that as well. 
ActionI may like to go to there local office and may approach the Headoffice at Bangla sahib and would like to talk to a responsible person there.
