I had was purchasing movie tickets for avatar on bookmyshow but the transaction had failed and i have received the same message via sms and mail. But my icici account got debited for the transaction.

When i had sent mail to there helpdesk there is no response. This is most pathetic customer service, when calling on helpline I was kept on hold for more than 15 minutes and hold time keeps on increasing without one getting actually connected. And the above incident had happened for more than 20 times. Are they going to compensate this call which I am making.
