i applied for connection for airtel broad band 24 days. but normal time is 7 working days . i asked them about 20 times by calling them . but they are not interested. the problem is with our house owner. the airtel people wants to dig the cement road but that belongs to private land
i.e our owner. so my owner not accepted to dig the road. so they are not interested to give connection to me. i asked them by calling to phones to differectd numbers but i didnt get the connection . And while for asking my money back they are telling that ill receive my money after 7days by cheque . but i have no time to go to bank. i paid to them by cash . but they are givind cheque also with late payment. so please accept my request. my number is 09886277443. i belongs to bangalore marthahalli area.

Solution of your complainti need the connection or i need the money more than which i paid due i didnt get the service. so lack of service to the customer they have to pay money more then which i paid. 
Actionill move to consumer court .
