Initially we faced problems of delivery of water jars. We called them several times for the jar delivery as there was no drining water at our home. Daily we were buying 10 to 11 mineral water bottles which was very costly. So we switched to another mineral water supplier. Now we want our refunds, and even for that we called them many times but no body from aquafina arrives. When we call them up, they say their person will come up at so n so time but nobody come and we just keep waiting keeping aside all our engagements!!! this is really doing my heading!!!
|Solution of your complaint||There should be strict manager. adding to this there should be a RESPONSIBLE Manager. According to me all the people working in this enterprise should be changed so that customers get proper services. |
|Action||i will simply sue them up!!! And the company as well!! |
