I have purchased YAMAHA Fazer 5-6 months back from J Williams & Co pune showroom but it is constantly giving me problems while starting bike. Neither it is acting for self start or kick start. I brought up this issue to delear but it was some temporary fix. The problem keeps happening weeks interval. Delear is not able to figure out the solution neither able to provide service up to the mark. How can I proceed against the delear? Can I get replacement or Money back from him? or should I file dispute aginst him at consumer court? what papers are required for that?
