I am very upset and the Reason is the Pathetic Service by Tata Indicom.I want the enrire world to know How Tata Indicom cheats its Customers in the way of giving new broadband connections to its Customers.Please go through this entire E-Mail and publish it in all your News Papers.If Possible get me a Resolution as well.
I applied for BroadBand connection on 21 July 2006 in Bangalore. My Application number is 712828.
When i applied for Internet connection, the executive from Tata Indicom promised me the connection in 15 days. Today it is 40 days, and i am sitting without the connection.
After calling daily and lodging complaints, Engineer named Sunil (9243446578) came to my house on 14 July for installing the connection. He left Router and RJ45 Cable and told the connection will start on 15 July, 11:00 AM. I called him on 16 July, asking about the connection, and he never picks up the phone. I lodged a complaint on 16 July, and Mr. Puttaraja (9243474474) called me on 27 July and told me that BTM 2nd Stage comes under his area and he will send Sunil again to give the Internet Connection. And now, When i try calling Puttaraja, he also never picks up the phone.
I am really surprised, and do not understand, why are you guys not interested in giving connections. When it comes to charging the payment, Sales Executive take advance payments and charged me.
Please come out with some solution and help me in this matter, otherwise I would like to take some legal action and take this to Newspapers too.
