I went to Moody National Bank on 7/31/2006. I had 2 similar documents to notary publicize with a valid picture ID. The manager of the branch Mr. Joey Juarez told me that he is not going to notary public more than one of a similar document. His reasoning was that he has to record both of them in his notebook. I wanted two copies, so that in case one of them gets lost, I did not have to make a trip to the bank again. That made me extremely frustrated.

Also for 47 cents negative balance, they charged me an extra NSF fee of 29.50. I know the rule sais they can. But it is a courtesy on the part of the bank to waive the fee for such a small amount. So after a second day of conflict with them I am so frustrated that I went ahead and filed this complaint. Please make sure my complaint is heard by others, so they do not have to go through working with this bank and receive similar treatment. 

Solution of your complaintThe manager has to receive a warning. My fee has to be waived.
