MY SELF MANISH KUMAR MITTAL TAKE A TATA INDICOM CONNECTON ON 28 MAY 2006 AFTER PAYING 999/ BY CHEQUE. BUT STILL I AM NOT GETTING INTERNET CONNECTION AT MY HOME. I CALL MANY TIMES IN CUSTOMER CARE BUT NOT SATISFACTORY REPLY I GET. MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 128616. EVERY TIME THEY TELL DIFFERENT STORY. I DONT KNOW WHEN MY INTERNET CONNECTION IS WORKING. NO BODY CAN HELP ME FROM TATAINDICOM BROADBAND.DUE TO THIS DELAY I HAVE FACE MANY PROBLEMS. FIRST PROBLEM IS DUE TO CHANGE IN MY COMMUTER INTERNET SETTINGS I AM NOT ABLE TO TAKE INTERNET CONNECTION FROM DIFFERENT ISP AND BY THIS WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO USE DIAL UP CONNECTION WHICH IS VERY COSTLY FOR ME. WHAT I CAN DO I DONT KNOW.PLEASE HLP...... 

Solution of your complaintMY COMPLAINT SOLUTION IS WHETHER THE ON MY TATA CONNECTION OR REFUND MY MONEY WITH INTEREST PLUS PAID MY TELPEPHONE BILL WHICH I USE FOR DAILUP SERVICE FROM 28 MAY TO TILL AND PENALTY FOR NOT PROVIDIN AND DIFFICULTIES I FACE DUE TO VERY POOR SERVICE OF TATA INDICOM BROADBAND.
