I bought an LG A.C. few months back. Due to bad quality of material used in pipes its joint got loose and cooling gas leaked. LG customer care who assure a 24 hr. service are the worst service center I have come across. Its been 4 days since I lodged a complaint and everytime I hear most lame excuses."We will do it soon, we dont have a service van". or "We are sorry, we dont have AC gas available". I am amazed that how a service oriented company can afford to turn down complaints from their customers. In delhi summer I dont have relief even after spending 24,000/- on LG goods. Finally I paid 2000/- rs to an electrician to fix my AC. No one from LG still approached me to fix my AC!!

I resolved problem myself by paying extra money, but this complaint should be publicly accessible to all the people thinking of buying LG products.
