I bought an LG A.C. few months back. Due to bad quality of material used in pipes its joint got loose and cooling gas leaked. LG customer care who assure a 24 hr. service are the worst service center I have come across. Its been 4 days since I lodged a complaint and everytime I hear most lame excuses."We will do it soon, we dont have a service van". or "We are sorry, we dont have AC gas available". I am amazed that how a service oriented company can afford to turn down complaints from their customers. In delhi summer I dont have relief even after spending 24,000/- on LG goods. Finally I paid 2000/- rs to an electrician to fix my AC. No one from LG still approached me to fix my AC!! 

Solution of your complaintI resolved problem myself by paying extra money, but this complaint should be publicly accessible to all the people thinking of buying LG products.
