Today ( 8th August, 2006) I called up Airtel Customer Service around 1.45 p.m. to enquire about the " Visual Radio Service" on my cellphone. My number is 9810452836. The customer service executive who received my call was Mr. Abneet Khurana. The address of the office where I called up is D-181, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase -1, Delhi -20.On the first place he did not have the information and on the second place he said "Airtel" is not providing the service but " Hutch " is providing it. he was very very rude with me. As I was not satisfied with his reply I wanted to talk to his TL he said " You cannot talk to my TL" .Then I asked for the name of his TL. He said " you cannot get the name of my TL". May be he understood that I was going to complain against him .He gave me the office address and told upfront that " If you want to complain against me you can very well do that". I am a customer with Airtel since last 4 and half years . Do I deserve this kind of customer service from "AIRTEL" ?
