On the 8th of August , I called up Airtel Customer Service around 1.45 p.m and the Executive who picked my call was Mr. Abneet Khurana. The office where I called was D-181, Okhla Industriak Area, Phase -1, Delhi -20. I wanted to know about the " Visual Radio Service" .he kept me walking around the bushes . He did not have any appropriate answer but he happened to tell me that "AIRTEL" does not provide this service "HUTCH" does. I can consult "HUTCH" about it and not "AIRTEL". He was extremely rude with me .As I was not satisfied with the reply he gave me I wanted to talk to his TL. He said " you cannot talk to my TL" .Then I asked for the name of his TL. He said " you cannot get the name of my TL". I asked for his Employee ID he did not give it to me. May be he understood that I was going to complain against him. he told " if you want to complain against me you can very well complain " .I am a customer with Airtel since last 4(four) and a 1/2 ( half) years .Do I deserve this kind of Customer Service from Airtel ?
