An airticket for bangalore was bought at rs.5850.00 but when your Invoice camein thru
HSBC card bill against my CARD 4476 9212 0612 9417 HSBC classic V for a total amount
of rs.27744.92 for the period 31st Oct thru 19 Nov, 2005 we found that a double charge has been recorded on 13th November 2005....so the refund was claimed initially from HSBC, after much time taking, they referred over phone to apply to yourgood office.  

Solution of your complaintAs a regular buyer of airdeccan tickets, thru internet, I think this problem should be resoveld if you kindly lookinto the matter. 
Actionthereis no point of taking action, but I depend on your valued gesture to refund me the amount as because I am a very small travel agent.
