I had bought the washer with a 3 yr warranty. I paid extra for the warranty in addtion to the manufacturer"s warranty. It started breaking down a couple of months ago. I have been calling the best buy multiple times since July 1 2006. They took a message and never called back. I went into the store today. They are saying that I need to call the manufacturer since the product is under warranty. Never mentioned this when I called them. Each time I called them they had different reasons for not caling back. I ffel that they are trying to dodge their responsibility of inspecting my washer and fixing it..  

Solution of your complaintgetting my washer fixed in a reasonable time.  
ActionI want to see if I could go to the small claims court.
