I paid Rupess 560/- to recharge my mobile currency. But they made a mistake while recharging. My number is 99950 82730, they recharged 99950 82370.
I was asked to contact customer care center of AIrtel to get it corrected. But customer care center of Airtel refuses saying its dependent on the dealer who did the transaction.
No one is taking any responsibilty for this, I have become culprit for their mistake.
I wasted almost my 1 day of time going circles with these people. finally nothing came out.
|Solution of your complaint||Sue the Airtel. Charge them as much as possible for not providing option to revert back the transaction.
They are actually cheating people by giving easy recharge option. |
|Action||File a case in consumer court against Airtel. |
