I purchased nokia 3250 on 10th June 2006 from Thane at Paragon Departmental store with bill of Rs. 15,900/-. But within 20 days my mobile phone started to give problem so i went to nokia care centre (i.e. Bright Point India Pvt. Ltd.) at Lower parel, Mumbai. They told me that it is software problem & it will take 7 days to solve the problem & thay taken my handset & thay given me complaint id no. MUM G 239474. But after 7 days when i went to collect my handset thay told me that it will take 10 days more to solve the handset problem. Afterwards i registered my complaint at Nokia Care main office. My complaint id is 2-1CX1BN. Mr. Krishna is handling my handset case there. Lots of time i called to Bright Point India Pvt. Ltd. & Nokia Care Main Office regarding my handset status but no one can giving me status of my handset. They all are saying me that the dont know the exact status. 30 days gone after giving complaint but no one is giving correct status & exact date to collect my handset. One more thing is that Bright Point IndiaPvt. Ltd., Lower Parel is telling me that they are giving me replacment handset but nokia care main office telling me that handset is under repair. Then what can i assume handset is under repairing or the are giving me replacement handset ? Nobody is helping me. I request you to please help me to get my handset back. 

Solution of your complaintReplacement of my hadnset as early as possible
