i have been using the prepaid reliance hello since may 06, my number is 0416 3297199, last thursday my phone was disconnected without stating any reason. After two days of hunting some one told me his also was disconnected (proof of identity was given and suddenly they realised its not adequate -- i had given voters id card) and reconnected after 24 hours. my phone is dead for 1 week and nothing is being done. there is no responsible person to talk to... who can give me any answers. my phone is debarred even to contact the coustomer care!!!! there was no intimation on what was going to be done or what was lacking. i consider this as harassement.
Solution of your complaint
they should re activate my phone and give me the extended validity for the time period lost, i dont want any compenstion for the mental distress and loss of patients during this time.
