ordered 2 ladies diamond CZ rings , they were poor quality, looked very cheap, but were non-return items since they were clearance. the cost of both rings was 449.00 I expected much better quality for the money I paid.
They would exchange the item within 12 hours of the request and it would cost me a whopping 35% restocking fee per item. What kind of help is that???
The customer service dept is rude and not helpful at all.

I will contact any regulating agency I can along with the Better Business Bureau, I will not pay for poor quality merchandise. They have an obligation to the consumer.
