i have bought an internet connection in airtel
its utter waste
from the time i applied it there is problem
i applied it on jun23rd but after calling customer care and mailing many times they installed me the connection on jul-12th
let all that be one side there waasmany problem till date
now one thing i found that is the CONNECTIVITY
airtel is giving a scheme in which we must get 256kbps speed
but daily m checking but for the past three days i checked throughly
and i have many proof that we are getting connected only at a speed of 94kbps or 146kbps or 124kbps etc.
even im checking in their own site speed.airtelbroadband.in
AIRTEL is cheating customers by saying its a 256kbps broadband connection.
AIRTEL knows that a costomer want check the speed daily because he only wants internet to be connected.
if u want many details im having but i am not able to attache some copies in this mail as there is no facility
|Solution of your complaint||AIRTEL only can solve the problem
but they can do it
as there is no responsible person because i have posted many mails and there was no response.
|Action||in furture after knowing everything customers must not apply for the connection
and day by day all the people who own connction must start disconnecting after knowing everything |
