|Product/Service Description||Visited the branch on today at 12.00nonn for updating my passbook. A/c No. 3000170639-6, waited for almost 1hr, no updataion as they have started token no. system. TSpoken to the accountanat and Mr.Dave, Sp. Asst, no result. Only two employees were working and other are just relaxing. Lodged verbala complaint with accountanat, no result. The pass book updataion should be done in other counter.|

Visited the branch for updating the a/c no. 3000170639-6 at 12.00noon. The clerk told me to take the token and come in Q. I feel this is not required as i need only updation and dont have nay other work in the bank. She flately refused to listen to me. The work are such slow she used to clear only 2/3 cases per half-an-hour. My token no was 87 and upto 1.00pm only cleared 75.
I met the so called accountant, the branch manager on leavr, later spoken to Mr. dave, sp.ass, they all refused to assistt staing that this is the practice we follow.
Is it acceptabel to be in Q for hrs just to update the passbook.
I really failed to understand how such callous and inefficient staff are working in such a prestigeous organisation called SBI. These peoples should be terminated immediately
|Solution of your complaint||The passbook updataionshould be done instance. The customer waiting time also need to be monitored by the bank. I have seen may of staff are just chit-chating in the working hrs whreas lot of customers are just waiting.
