This is to inform you that the Tata Indica Xeta V 2 ( GLS ) Petrol, I purchased From Angel Auto World Invoice no DL 00267 on 28/06/2006 has turned out to be a defective piece .For past 2 weeks there has been water leakage in the rear side of the car ( earlier, I couldnít notice because it was covered ). You would please recall my earlier two visits to your garage in your presence when you had assured me that problem was trivial and that it would subside on its own. But instead the problem increased and the carpet is submerged in around 2 inches of water. This will rotten the carpet and the car would stink. Also the floor of the car will also get badly damaged with water. The AC of the car is also not functioning properly.
If this is the case within 2 months of purchasing the car. Iím afraid the car would pose more problems in future.
I would thus request you to kindly look into the matter and replace the defective car with a genuine one.
With ref. to my previous letter, subsequent meetings and innumerable telephonic conversations weíve had, Iím constrained to point out that the TATA INDICA XETA car I purchased has turned out to be a defective one. Needless to emphasize the fact that the particular car sold out to me does not seem to have gone through the strictest Quality Control Test, The Tata Group is known the world over, the said defects mentioned in your letter, have surfaced just within two months from date of purchase.
Not only do I feel to have been duped of my hard earned money in todayís tight money market, I have also been going through a lot of mental tension and agony . To top it all The Tatas Motors is trying to lure me by offering an extended warranty of 18 months ( Free of Cost ).Please note that even if TATA MOTORS offers me a life long warranty I would refuse the offer .
Under the circumstances I would request you to kindly relieve me of my mental torture by replacing the defective car .
Thanking you in anticipation,
