In less than a month my handset (Nokia-6270) stopped providing any network. After a long search, I finally found a Nokia Care centre in Mulund (Mumbai), for mobile service (after being sent from one service centre to another). They asked me to come back after 2 hours. Then they informed that they need further investigation into the same and will take 2 days for it. After 2 days they said it will have to be sent to the head office.....blah blah.....and it would take 15 days, after the completion of which they informed that it will need a replacement and would take more time. Now it has been about a month, they have not provided me with any other temoprary handset to use, and now i am without any mobile phone. Is this the way Nokia treats its customers??? No landline numbers work, neither of the care centre, nor of the head office. The response is not proper.....this was not expected out of such a reputed company!!!!! I should have rather gone for an LG or Samsung handset rather than coming to Nokia......!!! If they cannot give me back my mobile, can I be refunded for the same, so that I can go to some other trustworthy Company???
