Since last 3 months we are expecting our new line and broadband connection and visited many different BSNL offices but nobody taking any responsibility to solve this issue.Our next door neighbour also get their connection few days before and they said there connection was done by JEEVAN BHIMA NAGAR brunch, were as our exchange given as BROOKFIELD. So we met Mr. Raudrapati ( AGM) and we were assured by him that necessary action would be initiated at the earliest to give us connection and restore our confidence on BSNL.Please look into this matter and take a necessary action.
