I had changed my prepaid to postpaid some time back. my number was 9860434777.
I recieved a bill from them with the following mistakes.
1) charged for calling my own number from my own phone (as in they are saying i have dialed my own number and i have been charged for it)
2) double billing. eg on July 12th 14:45 i made a call to 646 for 50 mins. and then according to the bill on July 12th at 14:46 i made another call to 646 for 30 mins. How is this possible. According to the customer service people, i put the first call on hold and dialled the number again. Ridiculous.
3) Secondly i have over 20 instances of calls to 646 for exactly 1 second for which i have been charged. How can a person make a call for 1 sec ?
Then the agent who came to my house said he will get it clarified and now they send me a demand notice. Please tell me what steps i can take to counter this.
