I AM A FIRST TIME CAR OWNER. ON 5/26/06 I WALKED INTO THE AUTION TO PURCHASE MY FIRST CAR, ONE OF THE SALES REP WHO HELPED ME WITH THE CAR SOLD ME THE CAR SUPPOSELY WITH AN AC. I TOOK MY CAR FOR A TUNE UP AS NORMAL AND I TOLD THE MECHANIC TO CHECK MY AC TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR I WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR HAD TWO PROBLEMS. ONE IS THAT THE CAR DID NOT HAVE AN AC UNIT AND THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS ALREADY GOING BAD. OF COURSE AS A FEMALE AND A FIRST TIME CAR OWNER I REALLY DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CAR. I TOOK THE CAR FOR A SECOND OPINION AND THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING. I THEN ASKED HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST ME TO INSTALL AN AC UNIT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL COST ME MORE THAN WHAT I PAY FOR THE CAR AND THAT IT WASNT WORTH IT BEING THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS GOING BAD ALSO. I CONSULTED ALL OF THIS INFORMATION WITH THE MANAGER OF THE AUCTION AND HE SAID THAT HE WAS WILLING TO WORK WIT ME. HE TOLD ME THAT AS SOON AS I GET MY TITTLE TO COME BACK TO HIM THAT HE WAS GOING TO HELP ME.AFTER 3MONTHS OF WAITING FOR THE TITTLE AND GIVENT HE RUN AROUND I WENT IN AND MR. BRUNO WAS ON VACATION I WAS TOLD TO RETURN BACK THAT MONDAY. I CALLED HIM ON MONDAY 8/28/06 AND HE TOLD ME TO COME IN THAT HE WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH ME WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATED.BUT THAT DAY WHEN I ARRIVE HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD TO LEAVE BUT THAT HE WAS GOING TO PUT THIS SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO HELP ME. THIS GENTLEMEN BY THE NAME OF DEAN WAS NO HELP WHAT SO EVER BRUNO HAD GAVE HIM INSTRUCTION TO HELP ME OUT AND THAT HE KNEW WHAT TO DO. AS SOON AS MR.BRUNO LEFT HE TOLD ME GO LOOK @ THE CAR AND TELL ME WHICH ONE DID I LIKE I TOLD HIM HE THEN STATED YOU WILL HAVE TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY SO THAT I CAN SPEAK TO BRUNO BECAUSE HE DID NOT KNOW HOW MUCH I WAS GOING TO BE GETTING FOR MY OTHER CAR. THIS GENTLEMEN DID NOT EVEN BOTHER SHOWING ME THE CAR OR EVEN TELLING ME THE PRICE OF THE CAR ALL HE KEPT SAYING WAS TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. I THEN WENT INTO THE OFFICE AND REQUESTED ANOTHER SALE MAN BECAUSE I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SALEMAN DEAN. I GOT MIKE AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I CALLED BRUNO THE FOLLOWING DAY AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I WAS INTRESTED IN ANOTHER VEHICLE AND THAT I KNEW THAT I HAD TO PAY A DIFFERENCE AND WHAT WAS GOING TO BE MY NEXT STEP. HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME ABOUT 1200.DOLLARS FOR THE CAR WHICH I PAID 3423.00. I ASKED HIM WHY SUCH A DROP AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE BANK HAS TO MAKE ITS PROFIT. IN CONCLUSION THIS PEOPLE REALLY SCREW ME OVER I TOOK THEIR WORDS AS PROFESSIONAL SALES MAN AND THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT WASNT EVEN WORTH THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR IT. ON TOP OF IT THE CAR HAD A RECALL WHICH I ALSO HAD TO GET REPAIR.  

Solution of your complaintGET MY FULL REFUND BEING THAT I HAD TO INVEST AND EXREME AMOUNT OF MONEY ON THE CAR AND THE CAR IS NOT EVEN 3MONTH OLD. 
ActionFILE A LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM UNTI THIS MATTER IS RESOLVE SO THAT THE NEXT TIME SOME ONE LIKE ME GOES IN THERE THE SAME SITUATION DOESNT HAPPEN TO THEM.
