Around 10 days after the purchase of Nokia 6270, i found the phone gets restarted between in-frequent intervals. Also, when its battery charge went down, network got disconnected and no coverage shown on display.
I went to one of the nokia service center, situated near S.G.Highway, B/h Pakwan II, Ahmeabad.
The same day, i got back my mobile phone,now the restart problem was resolved but the problem AGAIN APPEARED next day, the NO COVERAGE though remained. Next day, i go to service center informing about the issue, they say, the mobile has to be sent to Delhi which will take more than 25 days which is not acceptable to me, also they are not ready to give a standby 6270.
How do i survive without my mobile, i said?
Above that, they made the handset black shaded (which was Pearl silver) which was later polished and i withdrew my complaint as i lost belief on the service center at that very moment.
Do i have an alternative to replace my mobile phone ??
Is there no technical expert at ahmedabad solving this issue of nokia 6270 and if i send it to delhi, what is the guaranty of getting it back within few days ??
Does it really take 25 days at this stage of technology to repair a simple issue of nokia 6270?
Where does the quality level of NOKIA search an international brand stand even when customers get faulty mobile phones which are QC Passed ??
I would be grateful to you if you could resolve my issue.
No nokia careline numbers work, nor does anything else work. After searching a lot, i saw many such complaints where customers have not got back their mobile phones even after a month. What should i do now?
Hope to get the mobile replaced soon or else...! :-(
